The hotel felt like it was built recently (past decade), but feels like a motel 6 once you get in. Poor indoor lighting and poor landscaping give a bad vibe right off. The room accommodations were adequate and the price was competitive. The staff was friendly enough; the night shift desk worker was a little odd but nice enough. The internet was very slow, but that could be the standard for the free package. Breakfast was lacking in many ways. While I give this hotel a 3-star rating, I’m told by friends that attended the same event as I did and stayed in other nearby hotels that their hotels disappointed about the same.

Hotel is very clean and reception employees very pleasent and helpful. Breakfast was ok too. If they had eggs other than the hard boiled that they did have, with sausage...I'd give them a 10/10.

Sean at the front desk was excellent. Truly went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the hotel was a disappointment. The toilet was running for 2 days and often didn’t flush. I let the front desk know but nothing was fixed. We also found out that they only offer housekeeping every other day. They never let us know that at check in. Staff was extremely friendly but we can’t recommend this property.

The property itself was clean, average. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. A lot of homeless near the property. There was a pool but was too cold to swim in, felt colder than hose water so that was a bummer my kiddo was super excited. Overall ok stay.

Although this is owned by Hilton, you would never know. The staff member at the front desk acted annoyed that he had to do his job. It appeared the hotel was very old and they attempted to just “cover things up, ” literally. There was a soft spot in our floor that was noticeable when my 2 year old walked over it. The pool was open, but shouldn’t have been—it was green and cloudy (you couldn’t see the bottom). I wish I would’ve taken pictures (we didn’t let our kids swim). I would never stay here again.

We called ahead to confirm presence of EV chargers, and were told they indeed were there and working. Upon arrival, we discovered they had not yet been enabled and we could not charge. Being misled is not good, and we will avoid Hilton properties in the future.

Check in was a breeze and Victor was incredibly nice and helped us find the perfect room. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Indoor pool was clean and the kids loved it. The pool hall though was extremely hot, like a sauna.
Breakfast offerings have been trimmed to only cold items. Not a vast variety but something is better than nothing at all. Manager was attending to the stock and was so very nice asking how our stay was and thanked us for staying.
Every employee we encountered were incredibly nice, asked how our room was and thanked us for staying. Felt very welcomed and very happy with our stay.
