The toilet is broken..the floors are dirty..the remote for the TV was in 2 pieces laying next to TV. The staff is friendly that was the only positive in this stay.

We never got our room cleaned, we never got extra toilet paper, trash bags, towels or refilled shampoo or soap. I had to purchase my own toilet paper, soap, and roach pesticide

The place is in badly need of upgrading. I had to change rooms because the toilet ran on, you can hear water constantly running in the pipes behind the wall and the internet was non-existent. Housekeeping never made the bed or changed the sheets in three days. The towels were changed once and the floor swept once. The only thing thed did was empty the trash can everyday.

It is what it is a very low price place to sleep near the light rail and public transport. Near the Interstate and all levels of shopping. Location is fine but its a Red Roof for $60- $70 a night.
Clean rooms always yet hit or miss of the smells at times and I have stayed her many times

The room smelled like cigarettes but for one night it was ok. There was a lot of noise at night by people in the facility.

Overall I had a good night sleep, but the facility/hotel, showed signs of aging. My request for clean towels was not granted (2nd day).. There are no microwaves nor small refrigerators in the rooms.. the hotel is pet friendly and has good parking. There was a staff member (older male) behind the desk, in the afternoon, he was not friendly, I went to reactivate my room cards, he asked if I needed the two cards given at check in and i replied yes, he gave me the most evil look in the world.. spooked me a little... customer service is not everyone's strong point.
