Burners in room didn't work very well. The staff at the desk when we arrived were not welcoming. The woman did not tell us about the breakfast, Internet service, etc. She was not knowledgeable about the property. She also did not understand how to add an additional night to our reservation. She was poorly trained and not the person who should be working at the front desk greeting customers.

Extremely filthy property. Smells of urine. Homeless sleeping outside the property. Seems like a half way residence.

When we arrived, we were greeted right away. The check in process was easy. We got onto our floor to walk to our room. The ground had a lot of trash on it ans the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and mildew. We got to our room and it looked clean. After a long car ride, we were looking forward to a nice warm shower. Well, there was not any hot water ans we were not informed when we arrived. So we had to take cold showers. When we woke up, we went down for brekfast and there was only coffee and 1 muffin left. So, we went and got our stuff, checked out (thats when we said there was no hot water and they said they were working on it) and then we went elsewhere for breakfast. This hotel is not for just an overnight stay, more geared towards long term hotel stays. We know to stay clear of this hotel chain for the future.

Cigarette smoke everywhere
Everything was relatively acceptable or comfortable, except that there are no smoking signs everywhere and our entire floor and room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. Never coming here again
