Room was great—clean, comfortable, inviting. Staff were cheerful & helpful, even Sunday when understaffed. Location was convenient & surprisingly the hiway wasn’t even noisy. Will happily stay there another time.

This property presented serious safety concerns from the moment I arrived. As I pulled into the parking lot, I observed individuals roaming the area, approaching vehicles, and lingering near poorly lit sections of the property. The outside of the hotel appeared poorly maintained, with inadequate lighting and visible signs of neglect that did not inspire confidence in the overall security of the location.
Based on what I observed, I did not feel safe enough to exit my vehicle or attempt to check in. I contacted ******* immediately from the parking lot to report my concerns, and after explaining the situation, I was issued a full refund.
I understand that the surrounding area has had its challenges over the years, and hotels located near major highways and busy commercial corridors often experience higher foot traffic and activity. However, the conditions I encountered at this property went far beyond what I would consider normal for a roadside hotel. The combination of poor exterior maintenance, low visibility, and concerning activity on the premises made this location feel unsafe and unsuitable for an overnight stay.
For these reasons, I chose not to proceed with the reservation. I strongly recommend that travelers be cautious and that the property address the security and maintenance issues I observed.

酒店回复: Mr. Todd, You arrived at this hotel at 2:45 in the afternoon on a bright sunny afternoon so…… parking lot NOT bright enough, okay and Just to refresh your memory, you did came in (which I’m sure wouldn’t have been an easy task walking across the parking lot with no one around but u managed it so kudos for that) to ask if we can cancel your reservation without penalty and you also were in the Unsecure parking lot for abt 20mins while we worked to Cancel your reservation without penalty with *******.I apologize that you weren’t Happy with Lighting but I did tried and showed your review to my staff and some guests as well in the hope that they can advise how I can make Sun shine more brighter or maybe stop people from walking to the Denny’s and rather take their car and drive 200ft but Unfortunately, no one could provide much help although we all did had a good laugh so thank you for that.

The "breakfast" was literally non-existent—dried bread, some yogurts, and a few tired-looking apples. Coffee was alright.

Horrible customer service. Rooms were not very clean. Stains on the ceiling. They were overbooked & didnt get the room we reserved online. I ended up with bed bug bites after I got home the day we checked out. We only booked this hotel because all others were full due to a truck show in town.

Everything was great except the tv didn’t work right, I told the housekeeper about it and she said they will get it fixed but it was still broke when we got back to the room

Good rooms, pet friendly
Room was very clean, the staff was super friendly, good parking great AC. Pet friendly hotel.
********** charged us extra for a room with a hottub, rooms do not come with hottubs. They have a public pool and hottub but it was closed since its outside.

Irritating
The staff at check-in was nice. Room was clean. Check out was at 11, I had asked for a late check out and was told they would make it noon, well they tried to enter room at 930ish and then again at 11. Told them we was supposed to have a late check out and next thing I know the front desk staff is knocking on the door

People were living in the woods next to the parking lot and would come out and ask for your room keys to take a shower.
房间打扫得不够彻底，抽屉里还有用过的避孕套包装。酒店位置不错，就在高速公路旁边。前台服务人员态度很好。早餐没什么特别的，除了吐司以外，大部分都是冷食。
住一晚还不错。酒店地理位置很好，附近有很多餐馆，而且就在高速公路旁边。泳池关闭了，而且看起来很脏。不过工作人员都非常棒！
