我断断续续住了一个月,体验有好有坏。地理位置很棒,客房服务人员也很好,但管理层就不怎么样了。他专门针对我,给我制造麻烦,还告诉我们一些人最长只能住三周,但其他人却没有收到这个通知。当我告诉他们房间发霉和漏水的时候,他指责我洗澡时让水流出来,但实际上墙后面漏水了,所以我用毛巾吸水,毛巾有点脏了。他们告诉我,如果再这样下去,我就要扣掉毛巾押金了。后来我预订了按摩浴缸套房,却被告知不允许带狗入住套房,然后我的房间就被降级了,差价也没有退还。他们还告诉我不能用红色的被子,因为如果狗或我的家人把白毯子弄脏了一点点,我又要扣押金了。他们从来没给我红色的毯子,但我确实没把白毯子弄脏一点点🙀。我不知道管理层为什么针对我,但即使有免费宠物政策,还有其他糟糕的经历,比如我没有住到按摩浴缸套房,他们告诉我唯一可用的房间是我预订的按摩浴缸套房,因为它闻起来发霉,还有漏水问题。然后奇迹般地,他们看不到我预订的按摩浴缸套房,却能看到我刚退房的那个房间,所以他们把按摩浴缸套房给了别人,把我降级到一个白色床单的套房,我的狗第一晚都睡不着。但当我们说要取消预订的时候,那个套房又奇迹般地可以住了。我真得从那里歇歇了。
最糟糕的住宿体验
这是我们经历过的最糟糕的住宿体验之一。前台工作人员非常友好。我们把房间里所有东西都扔掉准备出去,却发现房间里弥漫着一股香烟味。晚上晚些时候回来后,我们顺便去了前台反映吸烟问题。我们拒绝了前台提供的空气清新剂。回到房间脱鞋后,发现房间地板和地面都湿漉漉的。我打开空调,希望问题能解决。我用手巾擦干了一些地方。浴室水槽无论开多久都没有热水。幸好淋浴有热水,这很令人困惑。床单代替了床笠。制冰机整晚都在运转,人们进出时总是砰砰地关着门,直到凌晨5:30才睡着。醒来后发现地板上全是湿的,但地面是干的。我的伴侣滑倒了,但幸运的是没有摔倒。当我再次用毛巾擦干地板时,我发现毛巾上沾满了黑色的污垢。那不是我们的鞋子造成的。我们带的所有暴露在空气中的东西都湿了。鞋子、衣服……所有东西都湿了。我们去了前台,按铃叫来了服务人员,并详细地反馈了我们的住宿体验。就我们付的钱来说,这间酒店应该给一星,不过前台的服务态度非常好。
房子最近进行了一些翻新。然而,这并不总是好事。工程质量不达标,很多地方都偷工减料。价格很高,配套设施与高昂的每晚价格不符。
