I’ve been staying on this hotel almost every year for the last 7 years and I can’t believe the condition of this hotel during my last stay. It’s terrible. The carpet in the stairs and hallway is very dirty. There’s trash everywhere in the property. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Bedbugs in my room, I left mid stay because I'm not dealing with that. Front desk guy gave me attitude for asking for extra towels. People yelling and screaming in the rooms next door. Overall an unpleasant stay.

The room was average and generally fine for a short stay. The bathroom could use some attention; the towels and walls were messy upon arrival and the bathtub felt a bit outdated. Breakfast options were limited, but overall, considering the price and convenient location, the stay wasn’t terrible and met my basic needs.

I am not even sure where to begin, unfortunately I have nothing good to say, if I could give no stars I would! I read the reviews on ******* and they must be incorrect, DON’T STAY HERE! The staff was fine they didn’t say much, the room was disgusting, especially the bathroom, I don’t know if they even clean, the bathroom door had all kinds of stuff on it as well as all the walls. The first room they put us in smelled of cigarettes, smelled as soon as I opened the door! Also this place must rent by the month, many unsavory people! I will pay alittle more from now on!!

Nothing on the property looked like the online images.dirty dirty . The carpet had at least a decade of dirt and grime. The room was livable but only so. Pool was green. Breakfast was lacking with waffle machines that did not work well. The only two drink machines were both not working. I had to leave after the first of my 3 night reservation. Will not recommend.

We ask to change to one day earlier and they refused, this was back in February, the day after we made the reservation. So we had to stay elsewhere for the 4th of October and we drove home on the 5th.

There were dead plants in the lobby. Outside doors blocked open all night. There was no food left for breakfast by 8:30 on Sat, Sun and Mon mornings. My key to my door would not work and had to be reset by the front desk every time I tried to use it. There was mold around the tub in the bathroom. There was no light above the mirror in the little room next to the bathroom. The floor lamp did not work. Water leaking from the refrigerator running across the floor. I have pictures of all of this. Please do some general maintenance if you want to raise your star rating!
