Toilet was very short and small. Heat was off when we checked in. Water on tile floors all over due to a youth hockey team.

我们特意找了一家带热水浴缸和早餐的酒店。结果到了之后发现有个牌子说热水浴缸坏了。这真是太让人失望了，而且泳池水冷得刺骨，根本没法游泳。早餐也糟透了。橙汁空了，巧克力牛奶都变质了，连吃麦片的勺子都没有。厨房的女服务员态度很差，对顾客和他们的需求漠不关心。总的来说，这家酒店勉强能凑合着住，但我们预订的时候就是冲着这些设施来的，结果什么都没享受到。
热水浴缸坏了，酒店也没有因此提供任何折扣。我们预订这家酒店就是冲着热水浴缸来的，想在忙碌一天后好好放松一下。结果，酒店里到处都是跑来跑去的孩子，吵吵闹闹的，地板又湿又滑。这么吵闹，一天下来根本没法好好放松。
有两件事拉低了我的整体评分。一是床铺凹凸不平，看起来不太美观，但睡起来还行。
二是——我打电话给前台投诉楼上有人跺脚，但没人接听。
早餐服务人员很棒。他们非常忙，但我们什么都没缺。
我们一家四口，床很舒服，但铺得不太好（房间干净整洁，只是床铺有点乱）。
服务很棒，有个小泳池，可以放松一下，结束一天的旅程。附近有家不错的披萨店，晚餐可以吃。
热水浴缸坏了，这让我们非常失望，因为我们租这家酒店就是冲着热水浴缸来的。早餐很棒。房间很干净。员工非常友善。地理位置也非常好。
前台接待员服务超棒！床很舒服，酒店里一点噪音都没有。房间很干净，电视也很好用。我们住得很愉快！
