Bugs, the TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot and light did not work. Stunk like cigarette smoke but it was a no smoking room. They didn't offer to fix anything or move us to a good room. We have insulin that needed to be refrigerated and all we could do was put it on ice

The room had live roaches as well as dead roaches, dirt and dust on the wall, the table was sticky, inside and outside of the microwave was dirty, hair and live roach in the tub.

Staff was extremely helpful in getting my aging father in law with dementia to his room with all of our bags. It is rare to find people who still care to help others and we truly appreciate it!

Pulled up to the hotel with broken windows broken down vehicles look like a crack house unsafe feeling did not even check in and gave them my $65 for the night because I was literally scared of checking in

The staff are amazing they help me out to order my dinner and explained what is around the area. Downtown not far from the hotel and the breakfast was superb Thank you for having amazing staff
