The male representative was very rude, He have an attitude every time us need something. The room was ok but the sheets was not washed, very unprofessional, and the breakfast was not good at all. They didn't give me my deposit back yet. The only one lady that was sweet to me she work

There’s is no hot tub but it says there is on line and shows one in the picture. Days inn and baymont are the same hotel in one building. You have to go to the desk to get towels and tp they only came and cleaned the room 1 time in my 11 day stay only after I complained . Smelled tearable in the halls. There’s black mold on the window sills in the pool room. But if I book a hotel that says it has a hot tub it’s very disappointing to find out they don’t it’s back filled with cement.

The gentleman that checked me in was very rude. He also lied to me when I asked for a manager. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I won't be back. Worst experience ever at this hotel.

Hotel is in the old side and cigarette smell all over the building, room-bedding was really clean which was relieving after walking through the smelly hallways. Bathroom was sketchy.

Didn't have balcony, its in the middle of crackville. Some staff was ok, other were rude and mad me pay for an upgrade for no reason at all. Breakfast was only donuts and cereal
