Subject: Exceptional Hospitality and Professional Service! I recently had an outstanding stay at the Golden Tulip Srinagar, and I cannot recommend it enough. The level of hospitality we experienced was truly heartwarming. A special mention to Latif Ji, Shajad Ji, and Tarik Ji for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were heading out to Gulmarg early in the morning, and the team was kind enough to have a fresh breakfast ready for us by 6:30 AM to take *****. Their efficiency is remarkable—whenever we ordered anything, it was delivered perfectly on time. It is rare to find such a dedicated team that genuinely cares about their guests' schedules and needs. Thank you to the entire staff for making our trip so memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

It was amazing stay with my family starting from check in to check out everything was super. Food was tasty, rooms were comfortable, The staff was very much hospitable, The FO staff Saima, shafaqat, Irshad, uzair and especially their FOM Mr Shahan. I will definitely come again.
