Pleasant stay with home feeling|s. A pretty good hotel with good amenities. The restaurant provides good food and there is also complimentary breakfast. Location is also good as it's near Chennai international airport. They also provided a free drop to airport.

Rude staff, no respect, no helping nature especially restaurant staff, in general they don't know what is hospitality
食物不错，但设施不太好。空调很旧，制冷效果不佳。
糟糕的体验，完全出乎我的旅行社的意料，竟然推荐了这家酒店。食物和房间都达不到标准。服务也与酒店选择不符，我只能接受。早餐从早上8点开始供应，但……
房间还可以，但可以打扫得更好，尤其是床。但是，客服服务很糟糕，前台女士也很粗鲁。我不会推荐任何人住在这里。
不建议按照他们的收费标准入住。没有进行全面清洁，餐厅提供的食物不符合顾客满意度
