During the booking, I asked the staff, Santhosh Tiwari, about the check-in and late check-out. He delayed his response to me. After 2 day he replied and he told me the price is only RS 3000. But when i went in there, the charges were expensive..... The hotel is undergoing renovation, they told me it won't disturb us at night, but the work started early morning..... disturbing our sleep. The 3rd floor was still under renovation, that's where we were given our room. The room has mosquitoes. The breakfast was not up to our expectations. We ordered food from room service, the service is really late. The other front desk was helpful. This hotel is very disappointing,

This hotel was once my regular during office tours to Chennai, so went back after many years with family . The hotel is under renovation and got rooms in a new building. Overall experience is quite satisfying. Room service was quite prompt and number of options besides south Indian delicacies were available. Breakfast spread was also good and the staffs there were polite and helping. Only the front desk was very inert , just doing their work somehow , the attitude which you don't expect as a tourist . Another point is only one bottle of water is provided ,even in case of twin occupancy and you have to ask for another bottle every day ,which they provide. This is not to point fingers but to highlight the scope of development.

Took very long time for check- in process, your website says tea / coffee making facilities and 24 hrs room service but surprisingly only kettle were place while ask for tea/ coffee amenities they said chargeble, and kitchen close at 9.30 pm ..... book with breakfast but they told us chargeble, we order for beer before food served though to fridge it for a while but found youghurt packet then we lefted may be this mini fridge belongs for someone else though its place in our room...also lots of drilling noise , what ever served you then and there you have to clear your bill nothing allow to post in room ...I'm not here to blame but certain things really need to be taken care ..Mr Shakti (FO) and restaurant guy who served us breakfast were very polite and pleasant including security they have done a good job

the rooms were neat and the food was very good. There was some renovation work going on and so it was noisy for most of the time. The toilet and the bathroom shared one sliding door and you could close only one. we couldn't use both at the same time and which caused some inconvenience.

The AC was humming loudly continuously - asked for a change in room or maintenance support but was not done.

Secondly the water bottle was charged much above the MRP, which is incorrect.

When I travelled Chennai last week, I fund this great hotel for the stay. Restaurant foods were so delicious and the staffs are so cooperative, smiling face and excellent service. I highly recommended this hotel for others and Definitely will stay again. Thank you Dato Mani sir for recommending this awesome property.

The executive rooms and passages are good but the staff is unfriendly, non responsive with poor service. If these things can be improved, it'll be a very good hotel.
