We went with our family for a quick getaway and sterling lonavla did not disappoint. The rooms were extremely spacious and neat and clean. There was entertainment for all ages - kids and adults. Their food menu was not only extensive but also delicious. The staff was excellent and their service was impeccable and they took really good care of senior citizen in all we had a great time and will surly go back.

Needs to be updated as per modern facilities... However...Hotel was clean..Food was good and services were good.. We have visited for our friends bachelorette party which was suprise for her ....We requested Staff for the decoration...Staff has decorated very beautifully and superb Great stay...only need to upgrade

It was very amazing stay.. Very comfortable and relaxing.. It's a good hotel if you are here for a pit stop... If you are on the way to puna Or Mumbai this is an amazing option... Chef devendra and waiter amol were very polite and very helpful... Some recyclable tissues were here.. So it was very different and refreshing...

I had booked here for my parents' anniversary, they had a very good experience! Thankyou Tej Singh for arranging an anniversary surprise for them. The check in and stay was smooth . They accomodated their stay per their convenience. Very good

Honestly everything was super good The hotel staff were very friendly. Especially Tej Sing he was the one who handled everything I had my Anniversary so had decorated my room, he made sure to make it perfect. he is very great n supportive. Thanks to him

Good place and ambience. Tej Singh was very helpful and kind. Ample parking space, Suraj also was very kind. Security personnel were every ready to help. Good hygiene maintained. Well taken care of by the entire team. Keep up the good work. God bless.

We were a total of 8 adults in 4 rooms for 2 nights. We had a fantastic time thanks more so to the hospitality and courteous nature of staff of Sterling in Lonavala. Right from the time of reservation handled by Mr. Tej Singh directly, we knew we were going to the right place. I should say that the overall place needs some changeover as everything seems to be running down. However, the staff were instant in supporting us to make our stay comfortable. This includes fixing small things in the room and / or getting the air conditioners to attend to instantly. Mr. Singh and his team are very professional and his nature in particular tempts us to follow him to the place where he will get transferred soon in Dehradun. The food at dinner was very good quality. Your team of 4 staff were excellent in service though there were many guests during the second day at the breakfast. Special words to Prem, Amol , Rajat and Srijan for their speed, service and warm hospitality during our meals. The Pool and the garden were very clean though I should say that the activities room requires new equipment We will be looking forward to returning here when Sterling finishes their renovation.

Mr. Tej Singh was so cooperative. Awesome helpdesk.. staff is very good. Breakfast spread was too good. Two of my friends were fasting they packed fruits for them too for our travel ahead. The food was hot and tasty. The bathrooms were clean and tidy
