Excellent room and really good facilities. The staff were excellent too. The food was not very good.

Lovely stay, with fab spa facilities and amazing breakfast. Only negatives were the room was sparsely decorated and a bit sterile (perfectly clean and wonderful bed/bathroom) and a humming sound through the night which was possibly coming from a boiler next door. Would definitely stay again

Cons: No shower gel for whole of hotel. Room not cleaned on first day. Poor wi fi (didn't work in room). Tried to overcharge me on my bill when leaving.
Pros: great location. Modern room with good facilities. Nice food & friendly staff.

Far from town, nothing special.
The room was blah - not bad but nothing special, plainly decorated. Disappointed that the gym closed at 7 PM - for a spa hotel it should be open much later, many chain hotels now have 24/7 gym access. Breakfast was also unnspiring, although the service was fine. Eggs were overcooked (ordered over easy), sausages were dry, Just adequate and not up to par for a nice hotel. Nothing special, far from Wadebridge (7 miles, 16 minute drive) even though Wadebridge is in the hotel address - - I thought this was misleading. And sections of the road leading to the hotel are quite narrow (have to yield to oncoming traffic because 2 cars don't fit side by side) and would be a problem driving at night for someone not used to English countryside lanes.

A lovely place to stay and very professional and friendly staff
没想到住的是一栋没什么特色的客房。本来想去酒店酒吧喝一杯，但是因为没有预订餐食——我们想去海边的波特雷斯吃饭——所以从晚上6点开始就不允许我们进入酒吧喝酒，酒吧被拦起来了！所以我都不知道酒店酒吧到底怎么样。我觉得我们花的钱根本没享受到酒店的任何服务。我们只是想在酒吧里边喝酒边欣赏风景而已。
我不会再来了。
员工非常友善、热情且乐于助人。
早餐非常棒，选择丰富。
卧室有时有点热，但我喜欢开窗睡觉。
可惜的是，窗帘周围和门缝下透进来的光污染影响了入住体验。
总的来说，这是一次非常愉快的住宿体验，谢谢！
员工非常友善，烤肉晚餐也很美味。按摩很棒，水疗体验也很不错。带家人一起去水疗中心游泳可能不是最佳选择，但从使用角度来看也可以理解。
性价比不高。234欧元的房费对于一间非常小、没有景观、没有空调的房间来说简直无法接受。此外，晚上的睡眠受到了很大的噪音干扰，可能是暖气系统的问题。唯一的选择是一间每晚600多欧元的套房。早餐和酒店设施还算可以。
