Whole place was magic from concierges & rest of staff so professional & breakfast & dinners were both great especially rump steak, can’t wait to go back

The room was excellent, as was the greeting from the men at the front doors. We didn't get to experience all of what the hotel offered as we were there at a wedding

Lough Erne is a superb hotel with a stunning location & everything you would need for a short stay. Darren in the Golf Course deserves a mention as a great host , well done .

Chose not to buy breakfast but managed to get a lovely goat cheese salad late (just before 9pm) after a long drive. Lovely large rooms and bathroom which were spotless and really comfortable bed. Enjoyed the spa facilities as usual and all staff very polite.

Loved the spa (total bliss!), dinner by the open fire 🔥 – they even made me a cocktail not on the menu 🍸 – and breakfast was unreal with so many options 🥐☕️

1) 马桶座圈上有粪便。
我们入住湖景房时，马桶座圈上有粪便。无论价格如何，这都是完全不可原谅的。酒店还好，他们来整理房间时送了一瓶香槟……唯一的问题是我们不喝酒。退房时，我们告诉接待员，我们没动过那瓶香槟，他们可以收回。然后他们非常友好地询问了我们的电子邮件地址，以便将来与我们联系。
2) 太热。房间里热得让人难以忍受。房间里没有空调。羽绒被也非常厚，这加剧了我们的不适。
3) 昆虫。尽管关上了窗户，但还是有很多文件和昆虫。
早餐
我们预订时就支付了早餐费；我们入住时前台确认了这一点。入住第一天早上，我们排队吃早餐，一开始被告知我们的名字不在名单上。这大概花了五分钟。第二位工作人员过来查看了另一份名单。当第二位工作人员正在查看另一份名单时，第一位工作人员大声喊道：“很遗憾，他们没有付早餐费。”这番话让我们非常尴尬，因为我们身后排着很长的队，都听到了。第二位工作人员（又搜索了几分钟）才在另一份名单上找到了我们的名字。我们从未收到第一位工作人员的道歉。
很棒的住宿体验
很棒的住宿体验，酒店房间很棒，非常舒适，可以俯瞰高尔夫球场。庭院非常适合散步，酒吧也很棒，还有户外休闲区。我妻子很喜欢这里的水疗中心，我也很喜欢这里的高尔夫球场。
我们在厄恩湖度假村度过了非常愉快的时光，工作人员非常优秀，非常友好和乐于助人。房间很漂亮，景色优美。食物很棒，我还会再来这里。
商务旅行
酒店和环境都很棒，但我花了24英镑买的早餐，没有鸡蛋，所以我点了两个水煮蛋——我吃完早餐，20分钟后仍然没有鸡蛋的踪影……尽管我问了两次。
