The resort is a great place for holidaying if you want a serene environment. Staffs are very good and courteous. To name a few are Uzma , Swamveer,Viplab. The resort is very clean and well maintained as well. Enjoyed rooms #1108 n 1109. Keep it up team

Excellent experience in a cygnett resorts mountain breez .. really amezjng service and food. Staaf also very cooperative and helping ..so many facilities I really enjoyed like a baar spa game zone restaurant. So many many facilities there. Food quality , balanced menu everyday from breakfast to dinner . Beautiful dining area , high cleanliness, fast service & mainly devoted staff , kind & loving , humble , polite , sweet & very helping . The housekeeping service was prompt and efficient, making the stay even more pleasant. The ambiance of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The food quality was outstanding. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and well-presented. The variety in the menu was impressive, and the staff ensured everything was served on time with great hospitality. Overall, it was a first-class experience in terms of both accommodation and dining. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. Okay so this is the best Resort around Nainitaal with beautiful scenic views and plenty of space for calm and soothing experience. Stayed here for 2N and the vibes are just awesome. Food here is 9/10 with very helpful staff specifically Neeraj Bisht. He is very helpful guy and serves very good
