The staff was really friendly; the lobby and common areas were clean and nicely decorated; the bed was comfortable; and the location is convenient.
It was a bit noisy on the 2nd floor, but not disturbingly so. Teens being teens. :) Breakfast was fresh most of the time. The sausage and biscuits looked to be leftovers by my 3rd day.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. And reasonable.

The parking lot is very small and can be hard to navigate and fit itnto certian spots not sure what can be about that but you wanted feedback everything else was great

Great hotel, would solidly recommend
Really nice hotel in Portales. We reserved a handicapped accessible room which was very nice and spacious and had a roll in shower. This was great as I was traveling with my 95 year old mother who uses a wheelchair or walker depending on how she feels. Only small quibble was the hotel doesn’t have a covered entry which only mattered because it was rainy(thunder storms) so we got a bit wet getting in. But a VERY nice stay

Overall we had a great stay. Room was a great size for our family of four. Beds were comfy and showers were hot. Very quiet other than the alarm testing midday that was very loud and should have came with a warning. My only recommendation to the facility is having better security measures in please. There was never anyone at the front desk. Anyone could walk in because there’s no measures to stop them like using a card to get on the elevator.
