前台工作人员太棒了！房间很漂亮，舒适安静。没想到淋浴间里竟然有这么优质的洗发水、护发素和沐浴露！要是不用自己买的话，还能省点钱。还有免费洗衣机！健身房也不错。唯一不足的是电视。他们家是卫星电视，所以暴风雨来袭的时候电视就卡住了。除此之外，考虑到我住的这周，跟附近其他酒店相比，这家酒店的价格真是无与伦比！

为我们办理入住的人不太友好，但后来和她互动还算愉快。房子破败不堪，尤其是家具。整体感觉很脏，霉味十足，浴缸有堵塞，蟑螂出没。房间比网上看起来的要小得多。没有早餐，因为房间里有小厨房，楼下有个“食品储藏室”，里面的东西很少，也没什么选择。床很舒服，房间很安静，除非楼上有人，那样的话就像大象在你头顶上一样。总的来说，我建议放弃这家。周围还有很多其他选择。

很棒的周末
这是我们第二次入住这里，感觉棒极了。工作人员非常友好热情。房间宽敞，设施齐全。我尤其喜欢厨房。大堂里的小商店很划算，因为我们不用出去吃饭。如果能在浴室水槽右侧加一个毛巾架，再加几个挂衣服的挂钩，就能让我的住宿体验更加完美。我们还会再来的。

管理层和前台员工都很棒。住在这里感觉就像在家一样。客房清洁人员的服务也非常出色。这是我住过的最好的Candlewood Suites！
我到达时被告知我预订的房间无法使用，因为清洁人员当天已经下班，房间没有打扫干净。他们给我安排了一间较小的房间（不是套房），房间里应该有一张特大号床，但实际上有一张大号/全尺寸床。房间里有股霉味，像是被抽过烟。味道太糟糕了，我们买了空气清新剂来掩盖气味。我们认识的另一个住在这家酒店的人的房间里也有同样的气味。由于没有房间入住带来的不便，我得到了一些 IHG 积分，这很好，但不足以弥补这次不愉快的经历。大堂没有咖啡，这是我在其他地方住过从未见过的，房间里的咖啡机只有一种咖啡，没有奶精或糖包。说这家酒店服务水平低是轻描淡写的。这家酒店在网上看起来要好得多，但实际入住时却显得更加陈旧和破旧。我不会推荐这家酒店。
