Very friendly staff. Easy parking. Large well equipped room. Lovely breakfast! Great location close to the Galleria with lots of restaurant options nearby. Would definitely stay again.

We liked that it was close to everything. Mall, dining, Highmark Stadium. Staff was very nice. My 2 issues were the breakfast was not good at all and our bathroom had mold. Lucky I'm the type to bring my own cleaning stuff.

我预订了一间带两张大号双人床和一张沙发床的套房，供我们一家两名大人和两名小孩入住。然而，我得到的是一间只有一张特大号床的套房。
前台很乐于助人，为我们一家提供了一间带特大号床的房间，同时保留了原来的套房，这样总共有三张床。在我与前台沟通的10分钟内，他们就提供了一个及时而不错的解决方案。
酒店多收了我一倍的房费，当我回去理论时，他们让我等到下午4点半经理上班再打电话。真是太糟糕了，你们应该和酒店沟通清楚，不要这样不明不白地从顾客那里收钱。如果我没注意到，就白白多付了一倍的钱。你们最好祈祷我能把钱要回来！

经理克里斯蒂和员工萨姆都很棒，他们迅速且体贴地解决了我的重复收费问题。其他员工似乎并不在意。早餐很棒，房间一尘不染。床和装饰都很棒。总的来说，这是一个很棒的住处。只是需要对那些不太优秀的员工进行培训。谢谢萨姆和克里斯蒂，你们是最棒的。
混乱
我们被告知入住时间是下午3点，但我们下午5点半就到了，房间还没准备好。他们告诉我们还要等25分钟。一开始他们说没有其他无障碍房间了，所以我们不得不等。5-10分钟后，他们找到了一个房间，也给我们“升级”了。第一印象非常混乱。床感觉像肋骨上的铁条。我们“升级”到的那个房间我甚至没法淋浴，我需要一个无障碍步入式淋浴间，而且我们有一个浴缸。
下午 3 点时我的房间还没有准备好，无法办理入住。
