Excellent Customer Service!
We arrived in town early for a funeral and needed to stay for the night. Faith, at the front desk, found us a room and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! TV with a beautiful display (55 inches), full size refrigerator and freezer, very clean and nice bathroom. They even have a small stove setup so if you want to cook then you can. It was almost like a studio apartment. Can’t say anything bad! Now whenever I go to the Tanger Outlets I will be looking to stay in these suites! (Not even two minutes away from the outlets)

The room was nice and clean. The receptionist made me feel sooo welcomed. Her name was Faith and I’ve never met someone at hotel that was sooo friendly, welcoming, and had a beautiful smile. She also assured me that if I needed anything during my stay, please let them know! Keep up the great work!

This is the best, friendliest and professional Candlewood ever. We walked in and Ms. Precious gave us a warm caring welcome….Ms Rayven, the General Manager came and greeted us and welcomed us back. Not too busy as other general managers have been to welcome guests. Candlewood should use Ms. Precious and Ms. Dayven on the commercials. They are the real deal, not actors that pretend. Rooms are clean, smell wonderful, A/C blows cold. You would never know pets were allowed. No animal smell or fleas here. They are updating the hotel but you would never now because you don’t see or hear the work. But, you see the final results for the floors that are redone. I highly recommend. You will have no regrets.

Cement Bed
The Bed was the absolute worst I have slept on in 55 years of life hard as a rock. The shower wouldn’t drain and the water barely came out the shower head because the faucet was stuck. I will never go back to this location.
