This is my fifth time in 2025 staying at this hotel. Typically, my visits are very pleasant. However this time I checked in at 7 PM and my hotel room did not have any hand soap, bath soap, and around 10 to 15 hairs that were not mine on the bathroom floor and tub. I called the front desk two different times asking if someone could bring soap up so I could wash my hands and no one ever showed up.

All was well but the door to my bathroom didn't shut properly. Also the light switch to the bathroom was near the entry door, rather than in or next to the bathroom. Just weird!

Room smelled like cigarette smoke & I was told they were full for the night, so I couldn't be moved. Then I waited 14 minutes for the front desk guy (@ 9am, when people typically are checking out) to come back to the front desk. After some discussion, the desk guy offered to refund half of pet deposit. Then told me he wasn't able to do it. I phoned the manager & requested a new folio be sent with the refund. 4.5 hours later, I haven't heard anything.

Overall the rooms and services are not in good conditions as compared to other four point Sheratons that I’ve visited before

Dirty Bathroom and Shower but after speaking with Adis at the front desk and letting him know, he apologized and was super nice about the housekeeping issue. He even made it right by giving us two free drink vouchers for the hotel bar!

It smells like a dinner. There is no vent for the dinner downstairs. The 2 ladies who work in the restaurant in the lobby are so rude and inappropriate.

Our room was in semi-run down condition and our towels were dirty. The pool was cold and the floor was dirty, I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. It was loud in the room and there were few walkable amenities. The staff was bare minimum friendly and not overly helpful except for the very nice person who checked us out at the end of the stay, he was lovely. We were staying here for an event but probably would not stay again.

Good and convenient for proximity to hospital.
