The room had stains on the bathroom walls (vomit?), hair on the shower floor, and the mirrors were all dirty. We requested housekeeping during our 2 night stay and were told at 1:45 the housekeeping staff had left for the day. When we asked to at least have trash removed and towels replenished, this was not done. For a rate of $200 a night, this facility and services did not come close to meeting standards.

The hotel is very nice but the bed was horrible. It was like sleeping on a board. I mentioned it to the staff and was pretty much shrugged off. I did give it 5 stars because we have stayed there several times before with no issues. Stay away from room 425.

Very nice but not perfect
I asked for a 2queen room with microwave and mini fridge and got more than I expected. Got a large business suite that also had a pull out bed in sofa. Very happy with that. Only complaint is door for bathroom didn’t lock and had to be pulled hard to latch fully.

Wonderful stay, very clean, and quiet. Only issue was the tub in the bathroom. It is slanted and uneven causing us to almost slip and fall. Otherwise, great stay!

The front desk attendant was extremely pleasant and very helpful. She made my whole day with her pleasant attitude and support for us on our trip. The hotel was what was expected but the attendant went above and beyond my expectations. Would visit again just for the hospitality.
