Very poor maintenance. Big gap between the door and the door frame on the lock side. A couple of roaches didn't help any with my rating.

The room that was initially provided smelled like someone dumped a case of air freshener in it. Could breathe in it. After nicely asking the front desk for another room, I was rudely offered the room next door. When I say rudely, it was attitude. The person was the husband of the front receptionist and he was very rude in his demeanor, like I was asking too kuch

Room was clean, hotel staff fixed any issue we had right away. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Was rundown and needed work all over the bathroom door was way to big for the jam and wouldn't even halfway shut

Had my reservation as “pay at property” they tried to charge me before I got there, and when my card flagged it and declined, they gave the room to someone else. When I got there she was confused and rude somehow at the same time. Ended up driving way farther for a cheaper place.

I was charged a $100.00 cash deposit for a smoke free room. Granted I was given it back upon checkout but I had to take it out of the ATM to pay it. This should be on the website and not sprung on people at check in.
