Fast and easy check in and check out process. Room was huge and very clean. Would recommend.

The property is in good conditions but my last night as I wanted extended the reservation for another night the staff person started argue with me and she was passive aggressive and verbally abusive telling me that she could not help me because I used *******. So I reply that she didn't know what was customer service and being polite with clients and that she didn't know how to do her job. She called the police on me saying I did offended her. She was so terrible and abusive that I need to call the police on the Hotel staff and let know what happened. The staff doesn't know how do talk with clients are very rude and not feel clients welcoming there.

Noisy A/C, no fresh air make up, dead air in the room, cannot open the window, wait at breakfast for buffet resupply. Far from city, train trip is long and not convenient. Not what I expected for the price paid.

I am writing to express deep disappointment and concern about an unfortunate incident during my recent stay at Holiday Inn Norwood - Boston. My family and I faced an unsettling situation that made us feel unwelcome. Our stay was marred by issues, notably persistent dog barking from the adjacent room. I approached management for help, hoping for a peaceful resolution. However, their response escalated the matter. Astonishingly, after voicing my concerns, management involved the police and asked us to leave.
I understand challenges in hospitality but find the response disproportionate. I expected a more considerate resolution from a reputed guest-focused hotel. The lack of attempt to mediate, coupled with misrepresentations and inconsistencies from management, is deeply concerning. Initially, we were assured of no dogs, later told they'd be quieted. Yet, when barking persisted, a legal provision about service pets was used, forcing us to a smaller room or to leave. Involving law enforcement unnecessarily compounded our frustration.
I request a review of our experience and appropriate action to address this matter.

24 hour check in was super helpful for my group of 6 coming in after a concert. Comfy beds and clean rooms, and a breakfast available in the morning.

My 4day stay was comfortable and convenient. The location was accessible to all of my needs.
The staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating.
房间宽敞,空调太响,空气不流通,有配早餐,周边环境配套有1公里,离波士顿市区45分钟车程在郊区边。适合自驾游途径住宿,价格相比其它市区实惠。
酒店在一条高速公路边上,客人不是很多。卫生欠佳,年久失修的感觉,早餐是传统美式早餐,咖啡,热香饼,香肠,鸡蛋这些。
酒店看起来很现代化,像是全新的,房间干净宽敞,还包含美味早餐,停车也免费。

非常棒的住宿体验,我希望他们尽快开放游泳池,疫情已经结束。
