Kiki on the reception desk was so helpful and pleasant, going above and beyond. Room was basic but was what we expected for the price. The rooms was clean, but dated - again this was to be expected. Free coffee was available in the reception. Outdoor pool was available but did not try this due to the time we got to the property. Juicy Seafood nearby was suggested, and would highly recommend. Room smelt of stale smoke - maybe to do with the AC unit being on the front of the room next to the balcony/walkway. It was quiet noisy at night with locals drag racing on the nearby highway but not the motels fault.

The property was run down and dirty. The room was suppose to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled terribly of smoke whenever I entered. There were hairs on the bed and in the shower. The lights didn’t work in the room. We cancelled our reservation immediately after. I felt unsafe in the area as well.

My wife and 2 children checked in at approximately 6:20 pm. We dropped our things and left to eat and have family time. I failed to do my due diligence and check the room thoroughly. We returned to shower and relax my wife noticed blood on the walls, door, and floor in bathroom sink area. I immediately spoke with the gentleman at the front desk his response was he couldn’t do anything for my family and I.
I asked for a refund as I had paid for 2 days it was then I was given another room. That room was flooded due to the rain. I was given a 3rd room which was ok no blood no flood.

This property is terrible and I will NOT ever stay there again. There are 0 amenities in the room. No refrigerator, no hair dryer, no shampoo. Staff was also not friendly or welcoming, did a minimal job of conducting business during the check-in process, due to their limited ability to speak English. Definitely a one star establishment.

首先，进入酒店非常困难，没有正确的指示牌。房间是禁烟的，烟味太重了。房间的清洁度很差，显然已经好几天没有打扫或除尘了。床单和毛巾看起来很脏（污渍）。总的来说，酒店需要大量维护，看起来很被忽视，唯一看起来不错的是绿地（新修剪的）。
