I specifically called a couple of days ahead to let them know that my plane was arriving at 5 AM so I needed to be checked in at 6 AM. The instruction was to rent a room for a day before I arrived. That way I could check in at 6 AM when I got there on November 13 at 6 AM. I was told that my reservation had been canceled because I didn’t check in on time. After speaking with an agent from *******, they were able to accommodate me, but the room that they gave me was not cleaned. It smelled, and the door wouldn’t lock.

This is my favorite budget motel. The staff is aways friendly, prompt, and professional and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Everything was good for me this time. Sometimes there are shady characters in the pool area or parking lot. This trip - not bad.

Great stay! Friendly staff!;
The room was small but the furniture was arranged nicely. There were two double beds with sheets, blanket and a top cover. They were firmer mattresses but did the job. The restroom was huge as it was an accessible room. It was easy to shower and go to the bathroom and even easier to clean. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from. There was no fridge or microwave in that room so be mindful when booking is your looking for that.
The linens were clean and they came every few days to switch them out.
The pool was clean and well maintained.
It was very busy but people kept to themselves.
I think it's important to note that this facility is pet friendly so you your furry family is welcome to come.
The staff was very friendly. They offered coffee in the mornings in the office. There is ice, soda machines and snack machines.
The location is right off of the highway and there are several options for food nearby. Within walking distance is a Chinese buffet, gas station/store, Whataburger and Denny's. Just a little drive up the road is a McDonald's and a Walmart.

清洁工作很差，床单上有一股女人香水的味道，毛巾又脏又毛茸茸的，没有热水，水槽也堵塞了。
