Furnishings indoors need replaced. Stains and dirt on sofa chair in our room and in the lobby. Staff is great!

Great hotel for the price. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Room was quiet and clean. Warm when we got in but AC worked quickly and slept well.

Just okay.
My stay was okay. The room was alright. The carpet was very dingy and dirty and got my feet dirty which was less than pleasant. The hairdryer was dirty and covered in hair and there was no ironing board in the room. The AC worked well and the room worked for somewhere to lay my head. I stay in Saint Clairsville about once a year and probably won’t be back here.

Disappointing. I chose this over cheeper options nearby because I've usually had good experiences at Microtels. Our room was generally acceptable except the following: the carpet had too many gross stains, the stool evidently ran all night and then wouldn't flush initially this morning (I took off the back and got it to work), there was a house centipede in the bathroom sink, and there was an old chunk of caulk laying on the edge of the shower. I shared these issues with the woman at checkout and she was minimally apologetic. On the positive side, the women at check-in was super friendly and the breakfast was especially good for what it was.

Great room.
Room was lovely. Service desk was super helpful. Breakfast was awful. Potatoes were hard and tasted uncooked. Egg omelet thing wasn’t good. We ended up throwing it away and making a waffle instead.

Very clean, nice beds. Decent breakfast. Attentive staff right from front desk to breakfast/kitchen assistants and Janitorial services. Would consider staying again if traveling through route 70.

Despite being across from the elevator, washer/dryer, and ice maker, the night was surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well.

We were given a room on 3rd floor. Strange smell in the elevator, corridor and room. Stains on carpet in multiple places. We called in front desk and they gave us a different room on 3rd floor. Still the same issue with the carpet stains in multiple places and weird smell.
Beds and pillows not comfortable at all.
Very small sample shampoo and conditioner were provided. Not enough at all for a family of 4. Tiles in bathroom seem broken. Can feel them wiggle.
Morning breakfast was very bad. Stale food and not many options.
I would not agree with the rating provided. I would give it a 4/10. Will never choose Microtel in future.
