If extended after 3PM then tit will be considered that you are intending to stay for the next day as well. No ads were misleading as we clearly informed you about the check-out time and also the breakfast option is included on the website, and it also clearly written over that it is a complimentary breakfast provided between 6AM to 9AM. Thank you for staying with us.

I have no major complaints, we had a good stay, everything worked as it should have, we didn’t have any breakfast offered. If I had a complaint it’d be that the room was extremely hot, it took a few hours to cool it off, but the AC did work.

I requested a two bed room and there was only one bed. I had to sleep in the same bed with my ex wife which made me feel uncomfortable. We were in Ft. Leonard Wood for our son’s military graduation.

We can only allot the room based on the type you reserve and if you need any modification you need deal it with the *******, and the other problem is we are completely sold out that day and we don't have any other rooms to do something from our side, so the only thing left for us to allot you the room which you reserved.
