This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. There was one towel in the room. Filthy floor and toilet. If it hadn't been midnight, we would have demanded a refund and left.

I cancelled my stay at Motel6 and asked for a refund at the property because the entire facility is in pretty bad condition. My room wasn't clean, and it had a stinky smell of cigarette smoke. The personnel tried to give me another room, but I didn't even get inside because it was full of flies and thicks, easily perceived by the window. Because of that, I started the refounding procedure through your app.

The sheets were on the floor, not the bed, and covered in yellow stains. No towels, no nothing in the room. When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes waiting for someone to man the front desk.

With the remodeling construction going on it was a bit of a mess but the areas we were in were completed and were really nice and new. We didn't have anything to hang out clothes on so used the bathroom hook and shower bar. We didn't have a lot but they had to hang or lay out over our bed.
The lady who checked us in was very friendly and good.

我为家人预订了一间无烟房,但分到的房间却烟味弥漫,床单上都是烟味。床单还有被烟头烫过的痕迹,浴室瓷砖多处破损。总而言之,这是一次非常糟糕的体验。
