The staff was lovely and overall the place was clean. Our shower dripped constantly and breakfast was disappointing. Were those yellow hockey pucks supposed to be eggs? It was okay for the price.

As soon as we got in our room we found a bed bug in the bed! We immediately went down to the front desk and he was unconcerned and would not give us a refund. He said we had to go through ******* to get the refund. This is the worst experience we have had! We demand a refund as we didn't even stay there and we could not stay there in such conditions!

A good place to stay.
I stayed here for a work trip. It was close to the venue I was working at... it was tricky getting in and out of due to a lot of traffic.The staff was friendly. The breakfast was no frills. It was close to the Greenway so I was able to run after work, close to a grocery store/gas station.

I used a credit card to reserve the room then wanted to pay with my debit card. Apparently this is a problem. Took almost 20 minutes just to get my paymet at the front desk.

Very nice staff, would’ve liked more pillows but we slept like rocks. Very quiet and very clean. The absolute only thing missing was a USB plug in for my phone charger. Everything else was just fine. The AC worked perfectly! 😁
