Clerk at check in was very friendly and efficient. Room is clean and comfortable. Haven’t tried it yet but the breakfast looks to be the standard, free, mediocre breakfast you find at mid-level hotels.

We love to stay here when visiting Black Mountain. The only thing I could say that might need improvement is the caulk in our shower. It needs replacing as it looked moldy.

Our stay here was great! Clean, tidy, nice gym, good breakfast with accommodating staff who brought me non-dairy milk. A nice walk to dinner.

The beds were so comfy and the front desk was really nice. We felt the break fast was delicious.

good location and clean hotel. Only negative was they clean the room and change towels every other day
