House keeping need to improve a lot..old property need maintenance. Door Locks, faucets, carpets need to be replaced.property need to be refurbished properly.. not worth visiting 2nd time..

Overall good. But 2 issues will highlight - 1. Poor wifi coupled with bad Airtel network. Gave me hard time conduct my net based tasks. 2. Shaving kit was of horrible quality as if they just packed used kit. Rest, all good. Ambience, cleanliness, food, staff support all upto the mark.

I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel. The service is extremely poor and completely unacceptable. Basic amenities were missing — no hand towels, no dental kit, no slippers. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the dinner, which is absolutely unhygienic and disturbing. The behavior at reception was equally disappointing. Mr. Rana, who was sitting at the reception, was very rude and unprofessional. He initially told us that all facilities were available, but later changed his statement and said that since all rooms were booked, they could not provide the required amenities. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. My humble request to everyone: please avoid this hotel if you expect basic service and respectful treatment.
