Wasn’t informed that road access closed and a detour available over the river. Internet also unavailable due to road works. Phone calls not answered in timely manner

The cabins were spacious and clean however there were so many cabins and caravans packed together it certainly wasn’t the lovely waterside experience we expected. I realise we were in a town but the whole experience reeked of maximising profit rather than providing a lovely experience of your beautiful landscape and birdlife.

This could be beautiful site on the waters edge with plenty of wildlife but unfortunately the facilities let it down. We had a powered site for 1 night. Pitches are small and the facilities very dated. The laundry was shut and the other machines took over an hour. The area wasn’t clean. The toilets and tshowers are old. One toilet filled continuously and one shower leaked water all the time. Outside sinks were dirty.
