Comfortable stay! Nice decor and ambiance overall throughout the hotel. WiFi was very hit and miss to the point it was easier to be off of it when was a bummer. Glad the room came with a fridge and large TV and comfy bed!

Lovely property. Love the feel of a traditional resort style stay. Pool was great-bar service was good. Everything is well kept. The bed was super comfy and the addition of black out curtains over the shutters was a great touch!

斯科茨代尔希尔顿格芮精选度假酒店及水疗中心固然美不胜收——庭院、泳池和户外空间都令人叹为观止——但遗憾的是，优点也仅限于此。
一开始，我就对一些事先没有告知的隐藏费用感到吃惊。桑拿房和蒸汽房的使用费用为每人40美元——而这个细节直到预订后才会在网站上公布。自助停车费用为每天45美元，而且这家地下酒吧需要预订，而且没有明确说明。
服务也是一大败笔。泳池酒吧的工作人员公然无视我——我“看起来”不像他们的常客，这既让人感到不舒服，也让人无法接受。更令人困惑的是，酒吧接受Apple Pay，但前台却不接受。为什么同一家酒店的支付方式会不一致呢？
此外，便利设施也比较匮乏。带台球桌的社交会议室上午10点就锁门了，周一至周五下午5点才开放。到午夜——对于放松的住宿来说不太方便。房间里也没有微波炉，这在这个价位里很常见。
工作人员彬彬有礼，也表示歉意，但实际上并没有帮助解决问题。如果你想找一个轻松的、全包式的度假胜地，让你在预付了费用后就能真正放松身心——这里不适合你。准备好为所有东西额外付费，并且经常被提醒你仍在度假。
压力山大！一开始还挺顺利的，但很快就因为酒店的自助停车问题变得极度紧张和失望。自助停车机一直出故障，过去几天我一直按求助按钮，但没人接听。我不得不离开打不开的大门，重新停车，跑下楼梯，排队等候有人来帮忙。他们给了我好几个新的条形码让我扫描开门，但都不起作用。他们告诉我，如果我按求助按钮，代客泊车员会帮我打开，但还是没反应！我迟到了两个活动，本来想早点出门，结果却没能从停车场出来。如果系统出现故障，酒店应该派人到门口帮忙，而且在问题解决之前，绝对不应该向客人收取停车费（因为我遇到过好几个酒店客人都有同样的问题）。我告诉前台的Crystal我遇到的问题，她说是无线网络信号不稳定，停车机工作不正常，而且是私人公司，所以她不能免除停车费？！她主动提出免除每晚40美元的度假费。这简直荒唐！我们昨晚在197号行政套房里踩到蟑螂，真是雪上加霜。我再次跟Crystal说了抱歉，她也说了抱歉。顺便说一句，这是我写的第一篇负面酒店点评，这次经历真是糟糕透了！
今年两次入住这家酒店，每次都感觉非常棒。这里能满足每个人的需求。非常干净舒适，员工友好热情。强烈推荐！
房产品质超出预期
我们驱车前来，被房产的景色所震撼，所有设施，包括餐饮、泳池和健身房，都非常出色！
