酒店还算不错，但对于一家四星级酒店来说，我期待的更多，尤其是在我们住过零星、一星、二星和三星级酒店之后。不得不说，酒店确实有些老旧，但离公交车站只有几步之遥，总体来说很舒适，尤其是有个泳池可以清凉放松，尤其是在坐了一夜公交车之后。我们到达时，餐厅不太干净；地板上到处都是垃圾和剩菜，我不得不用脚清理。对于一个新兴国家来说，酒店的清洁程度如此惊人，这令人惊讶（法国也值得学习，哈哈）。总的来说，我们喜欢这里以及细心周到的员工，我要感谢他们。
探索帕伦克和玛雅火车路线的理想基地
我选择在这里作为探索帕伦克考古遗址的基地，这里非常适合。工作人员非常热情，建议我再安排一次半日游，去当地瀑布。空调很好，床也很舒服。
就后续的公共交通连接而言，这是一个不错的选择：乘坐距离酒店步行不远的ADO巴士抵达，然后乘坐玛雅火车（从市中心乘坐当地出租车前往车站）。
泳池早上关闭进行清洁，而那是我唯一可以使用的时间。早上7点之前大堂不提供咖啡，在这种气候下，早起很重要，这样才能在天气太热之前出去。
我喜欢的一点是，酒店的投票和环境都非常好，房间也一样。餐厅的服务不太好，而且每次点菜都需要付费，而且不能记在房费里。
我们很喜欢这家酒店。唯一的问题是，走廊里总是有孩子跑来跑去，泳池区也挤满了孩子和家庭，让我们在晒了一整天的太阳后没法好好享受一番。如果工作人员能请家长们让孩子别在走廊里跑来跑去，让一两张桌子给其他客人用就好了。有些家庭甚至占了泳池周围五六张桌子。
