Our stay never happened. We were refused our room because both of us didnt have IDs. Nowhere did it say we needed ID for both of us or we wouldn't have reserved the room. The staff claimed they were "collecting ID information", which seems really shady.

Bed side lights did not work. Left side did not turn on at all. Right side flickered constantly when turned on.
No microwave in room. No fridge.
2nd night the fire alarm activated around 6-630pm for about 5 minutes. I seemed to be the only guest to actually evacuate. No explanation or all clear from staff. I had to approach a fire fighter that was deployed on site to ask if we should fully evacuate. He said not to worry.
I do not recommend.

The room was filthy was infested with cockroaches the TV was broken and the heat didn't work . The 3rd floor was loud all night people screaming and kicking on the doors. The lady at the front desk told me I was only going to have to pay $93 and I was charged $140.

Terribly run down place. The shower in my room doesn’t even work!
I’d like a refund or at least a big discount. Seriously kind of scary place.

The room service guy knocked on my door at 10 am asking if I was checking out. He was rude and had no customer service as to how we interacted. I was fully aware of my check out time and didn't want or need the reminder. I didn't appreciate it at all. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

The room was clean and warm. We all know it’s cold at night now here in Minnesota and to walk into a warm room was really nice.
