The room was too cold and damp. It was well cleaned but the humidity was high and heat could not be turned on. There was not blanket just a light spread.

Hotel disaster
The first two rooms they assigned were not cleaned. The 3rd room, the key wouldn't work and the manager had to come up to let me in.
When in the room, I discovered a damaged curtain rod, the AC did not work unless the fan speed was set to medium and taken off eco mode. The light at the desk didn't work and the light on the right of the bed flickered.
The 2nd day, they claimed they wanted to fix the drywall and I said that I would be away most of the day for them to fix. When I came back, the drywall wasn't fixed, and they had thrown away anything I left in the room including a mostly full bottle of shampoo. The head board was missing from the room. The staff was nice and apologized but did not resolve any of the issues.
The front end staff told me to call their GM to discuss my stay. It seemed that everyone just passed the buck instead of being accountable.
I've stayed at motel 6 before but this was by far the worst experience. Everything seemed broken and they didn't work as a team.

The place was dirty for example the room we stayed smelled of cigerets, had ashes on window sill and next door had music blasted loud late at night. First and last time we'll ever stay there.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We left after first night. Creepy people hanging around, partially dismantled cars, thin walls, worn out mattress. Gross all around.

Awaiting refund.
We booked this shortly before arriving for the evening while on a cross country drive. Upon entering the assigned room we found a used bath towel draped over the shower curtain rod and the bed had been laid upon. The next room reeked of smoke. The third room A/C unit was non-operational. We did not spend the night. We are awaiting a refund.

Room was clean, beds only had sheets no blankets, air conditioning & tv didn’t work the whole time in my room and staff didn’t seem to care to do anything about it until i seen management the 4th day into my stay where i was switched rooms. There’s no fridges rooms, Ice machines are far and ice only last about 20 minutes, everything in the vending machines are $3 and up, staff stayed with an attitude or smart response girl rolled her eyes every chance she got .

We arrived to see people fighting and arguing in the parking lot. We stayed in the car until they left. The garbage was overflowing and we could see old discarded mattresses sitting on top of the dumpster. Check-in was slow and done on an IPad, which seemed ridiculous. Our room had no towels, the cover was off the air conditioner and the sink was stopped up. We definitely would not stay here again.

Anna is horrible makes the place unpleasant don’t book there it would be a miserable experience
