The room was grossly neglected and in need of numerous repairs. Shower stall had flaking psint over tile, leaking fixtures, and most egregious of all No Hot Water! Proprietor tried to use excuse that it was because "it's winter" (daytime temps in Ridgecrest are in the 70s). Proprietor was also very impolite and unprofessional. Kept interrupting me when I spoke. Don't stay at this dump.

We asked for a room on the first floor via ******* messaging system, but when we arrived, we were told that there's none left. The receptionist was very courteous, kind, and professional, but we would not return here again. You need to pay more attention to the guests' requests in the future and at least let them know ahead that their requests might not be met. The place is very hard to find from China Lake Ave. It is small, sandwiched in between other bigger buildings, and easily missed. The parking area was huge and easy to maneuver though. The room was ok, but there's a problem with both your bathtub and your sink. They both do not drain well, especially the sink. Your A/C unit was mounted at the worst place possible. We did not feel enough air as it was blocked by the bed. For a motel in mid of the Mojave, you need to ensure a better cooling system.

Coffee maker but not cups. Front door sticks so hard to open and close. No ice. Very nice front office guy. Bed comfy. Hot shower.

Clean and Comfortable
Clean and comfortable hotel in Ridgecrest. The rooms were well stocked with all necessary supplies. The surrounding area was safe and easy to navigate to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

No ice machine - now is summer on the edge of Death Valley w/ temps over 100f. Swimming pool is empty turquoise concrete hole in the ground. The back 1/4 of the property is ghettoesque 2 garbage dumpsters sitting on on desert dirt and loose garbage strewn about. Saw another customer tear up bottom of front bumper because of elevation difference between roadway and parking lot. The staff was friendly.

物超所值，没啥可抱怨的。我们从洛杉矶回来的路上住了一晚。酒店靠近沃尔玛和购物中心，有停车场，房间里有冰箱和微波炉，很方便。老板人很好！**亡谷路过住一晚很值得！
