We were so impressed with this huge 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent value for the 4 of us.
Within walking distance to cafes bars and the river .
We would definately stay here again.
I only gave 4 stars because there wasnt a pool

Limited parking for apartment guests. On street parking is all metered spots. While we were out and about all day the limited parking options, may not suit everyone.

we could not get our lap top or phone reception. Impossible to work from that location. Could not get live tv on the lounge room tv

Dissapointed
After staying here last week i booked again for this weekend. I was not completely impressed by a few things in my first stay but the location was good and i loved the nice big window and bath tub.
This time i arrived at my room where i booked the exact same room option and for the same price to find that there was absolutely no window and also no bath tub. The bath tub was the main reason for booking.
The cleanliness wasnt great as we found hairs in the bathroom as well as a very dirty looking toilet brush which was kind of gross. For a 2 night stay coffee pods also were not replenished i know this is not major but for a "luxurious" appartment you would assume that each guest could have a coffee both mornings. There was instant coffee available.
We received a message of a noise complaint. The building is very loud and we were also woken early both days with loud footsteps and the sound of children. Sometimes noise is unavoidable and i guess you have to accept this in an appartment that is not sound proof.

酒店回复: We are sorry that you missed the description, listing that not all Studio Suites have baths, they are only available upon request if available. Two studios have the window and bath and two studios have a walk in shower and no window (as they are inset from the front foyer). And with the coffee pods, we also explain that two pods are provided upon arrival, and more are available for purchase, we opt to offer cheaper rates, than extra amenities in our apartments, but again you were welcome to have more provided at a small cost...much cheaper than buying a coffee, however, we also offer complimentary instant coffee, sugar, tea bags and milk, that is replenished daily.Regarding the noise, we find it bemusing that you are complaining about this, as you were the guests causing the disturbance, other guest complaints from playing your loud music at 12.30am, Hence, why the message was sent to you, it is a shame that you did not show the common courtesy to fellow guests to have a peaceful stay, it is a shame they did not call the afterhours number to report this, as security would have paid you a visit promptly.

The apartments address is Langtree Avenue however this is not correct. Entry is via a dark lane way which has no security. One bedroom apartment has the bathroom in three sections in the bedroom with opaque doors for toliet and shower giving no privacy. We were told that the parking in the carpark off the laneway was safe by reception however our car was vandalised. No support or assistance from management.

A result of us not being blackmailed into providing money to the guest for a random stranger, unfortunately breaking the side window of the hire car, in the unsecure joint car park for the building off the rear lane. We find it interesting that she states with no support, when we spoke to the guest sympathetically on the telephone and promptly advised to report to the police and assisted this guest to move to another of our properties by 9am instead of the standard 3pm check in, but there is no mention of this support and assistance. We also had sympathetic email correspondence with the guest, but again no mention of this. We are very pleased this guest had their hire car replaced promptly the same day. It does beg one to ponder if this guest would seek compensation from Kmart or Coles etc if a random stranger broke their car window in their car park? The access instructions and terms clearly list (same as every other hotel) that guests park at their own risk, as sadly we cannot be held accountable for an outcome that we have no control over. And we do not take kindly to threats of writing bad reviews and not returning, UNLESS we compenstate you for an action we have no control over. (This guest was asking for a refund of almost double what she paid for the one night she stayed here).

Could do better
Very good standard of accommodation I would have rated this excellent if not for the noise form neighbouring apartments. Found it difficult to sleep hearing the snoring from the apartment next door. Could also clearly hear a phone conversation form the other side. Poor level of soundproofing considering the price.

Only complaint was the toilet as my husband locked himself out in and couldn’t get out. Good job I was there, it was his buisness trip and I don’t normally go.
He would have had to break the door down if he was on his own

I have contacted ********** re this stay. I am a gold member and was very disappointed in the help I received from Indulge apartments Langtree Mildura. We arrived at 9.30 pm and had not even taken out luggage upstairs. The lock on the toilet door was faulty and I was locked in. Very scary! My husband finally came upstairs and let me out. Their advice was to use the toilet with the door open. I just could not do it, so we booked and paid for another hotel in Mildura, the comfort Inn Deakin Palms Mildura and they were wonderful.

酒店回复: We assisted this guest when she called after hours and talked her through removing the pin from the door handle, which simply unscrews as you cannot be locked in the powder room, we suggested if she was worried, to simply not lock the door or leave the door ajar, as she could shut the bathroom sliding door and the bedroom door for complete privacy from her husband. We also said we would have our maintenance contractor attend first thing the next morning, which we did and he confirmed the lock was in perfect condition and working order. This guest was fishing for a refund and even lied to ********** and said the apartment was messy on arrival, of which was a blatant lie as our rooms are inspected prior to the guest arrivals and was in immaculate condition... Again just fishing for a refund. Sadly some guests simply cannot be helped, even when we tried to assist.

The check-in process while you are travelling was terrible. If I could have cancelled the booking I would have. The tap dripped all night in our room, until we fixed it ourselves in the middle of the night. The walls are so thin we could hear the neighbours children running up and down the other apartment until late. The apartment itself was clean and well presented, but the stairs were steep, full of cigarette butts and parking was tight.

The only difference with our check in, is that our guests get to do this from the comfort of their own home or car whilst travelling, it is online and super easy and makes your check in fast and easy on arrival...no line ups at reception to check in and check out. We apologise about the tap, unfortunately the tap was not dripping when housekeeping were there in the morning, but maintenance issues sadly cannot be foreseen, but when you notified us, we promptly had a plumber there to attend and replaced a part, had you have contacted us when it started, we would have promptly had the plumber there to fix it at that moment to ensure a comfortable stay. And we will speak to the building body corporate about the cigarette butts, as this is their responsibility and should be cleaned weekly...isn't it sad that smokers don't use the bins two steps away and chose to litter instead. Indulge Apartments has several properties around Mildura, others much newer with more up to date sound proofing and lifts. Thank you for staying and we hope we can welcome you back again in the future.
