My accommodation was located in a ‘cottage’ next to the main building. The room was tired and in need of maintenance and refurbishment. The bathroom was in a poor state with a lot of mildew around the bath and above the shower. Otherwise, the room was quite comfortable apart from an annoying heater that constantly clicked.
The staff were very pleasant both on arrival/checking in and also later in the restaurant. When booking, I hadn’t realised that it was a Chef & Brewer so don’t expect a reasonable level of cuisine. Breakfast was better than dinner with a good selection on offer. With a tight time constraint, service could just have been a little quicker.

Lovely room, very clean, very comfy huge bed! Toasty and warm thankfully as it was cold outside. Staff were very friendly. Already booked to come back in December. Very happy

We stayed here whilst visiting Beamish. It was relatively convenient for Beamish, quiet and comfortable. In particular, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Generally a very good option

We have stayed at Ravensworth Arms before and have been highly satisfied on both occasions. The room we were given this time was very good, and we enjoyed our evening meal. We had the continental breakfast which was a little lacking in that there was no apple juice and no fruit on offer as advertised. But on the whole we really enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay there again.

I would have liked my bed made and the dirty towels removed after my fist night's stay. Other that, all fine.

Hotel was lovely, decent price as breakfast included. Easy check in/out, plenty of parking. We stayed there for the Sam Fender concert at St James Park, got an Uber eachway, 5-8 min drive.

这是我们第二次来比米什（Beamish）时入住这家酒店，只住了一晚。第一次我们住的是小木屋，这次住在主餐厅楼里。由于建筑年代久远，非常吵闹。窗户是单层玻璃，卡车经过时，床都会震动！楼上和隔壁房间的人说话声都听得一清二楚。走廊里的人正常音量说话，感觉就像在我们房间里一样。餐厅的食物一般。晚餐做得过火，而且很干。早餐还不错，量也足。房间温度合适。淋浴也很好。床还算舒服。工作人员友善热情。不过，这家酒店也没什么特别值得称道的地方。价格倒是符合我们的预算。但下次来比米什，我们肯定不会再住这家酒店了，免得又被安排在这么吵的主楼里。
