We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you encountered in the family suite and the noise disruption in the second room you were assigned. Although, we must share with you that the sauna policy applies to all our guests staying or not at the conference. We have checked it with the supervisor, and all the extras, like the use of sauna and fitness facilities, were not included in the package that was offered to you in the first place.
