Good property & well maintained ! Staff are friendly & helpful. Good walking area for morning exercise. Air conditioning to be improved in the Lobby & Restaurant areas. Some evening fun activities & live music is recommended in the restaurant.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast could be changed up a bit, as I was there for a week, had the same food every day.

disinfect the area regularly. Too much mosquito may cause problems to customers. Also a bit of improvement is required at the reception. a more welcome kind of service which makes one fill home by just greeting.

We had a great week at the lodge. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. Great buffet breakfast and the rooms were well kept. Will be returning next year.

The hotel is not well managed. From check-in to house keeping to the restaurant. Check-in takes long even though I have stayed there numerous times. House keeping brings towels at 9pm at night. Restaurant seems never to have stock of what they have on their menu

Love how consistently well mannered and kind the staff is. From restaurant, events, to housekeeping. The staff is amazing. Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and big enough. There is a mall right next door for some shopping or a quick bite.

Cresta is a decent place to stay. Fairly quiet and peaceful lodge which makes the environment ideal for relaxation. The food was very nice and freshly cooked - 5star rating for the Chef.

fridge in my room was very old and leaking, which made the carpet wet and caused an unpleasant smell. The hotel really needs to update its facilities and improve maintenance.
