Spacious apartment, needs some tlc, went for a week no maid service ie change bath towels, bed sheets. Set on a very steep hill. Beds comfortable but wrestled with the bedding. Bathroom very small. Bath with shower above. Kitchen needed a revamp but served it's purpose. No oven. Microwave, toaster, hob, coffee machine, kettle included. Basic accommodation but staff very friendly and helpful. Close to a supermarket and cafe, and restaurants and souvenir shops. Short walk to seafront downhill but we got a taxi back due to health issues. If you want basic quiet accommodation then would recommend.

After reading some reviews we went with an open mind. Yes probably does need a bit of an upgrade,but like most apartments in benidorm we've stayed in. We stayed in room 2A and had no problems. Everything we needed. Spacious apartments.friendly staff n very clean, comfortable beds n sofa. We would definitely stop again next year . Also received our deposit back within a day.

Wouldn’t stay again , hotel had no air, no bar as stated on the advertised website, you have to pay a €200 damage deposit on arrival only payable by credit card 💳, this was not stated before booking, they give us 6 hand towels and 3 bath towels for a family of four to last the week these are not changed on a daily basis, you are responsible for cleaning and disposing of your own rubbish, these rooms were very dated, the plug sockets was damaged, the towel rail fell of the wall, no plug socket in the kitchen for the kettle, if you want to use the tv you have to pay an additional €20 for the remote in order for it to work, the hot water in the taps would only last for 5 minutes then the shower would go stone cold , the rooms were extremely hot even with the windows open, you get 3 toilet rolls, when the run out you have to buy your own, you are responsible for the door key , there isn’t a drop off at the reception as you need the key to leave the gate at the entrance, on check out there is no hold for the luggage, the pool area is small there was only about 8 sun loungers no music or entertainment, I was mugged by 3 Moroccian/algerian looking men outside the hotel, you have to take pictures of the room on departure to provide evidence that you haven’t taken towels/bedding or damaged the rooms

No aircon as described online they give you a small electric fan upon check in also didn’t state that you need to pay €200 deposit on the room , plug sockets broke , dirty cups and glasses , didn’t get no clean towels or no more toilet roll , bugs and ants all in the room , green alge all around the pool , I am not being a Karen but this apartment is disgusting better off paying the extra to stay in a nicer hotel

A little out dated but overall brilliant. Clean friendly nice pool. Very central for beach shops and nightlife would definitely stay there again.

Absolute joke. Got to the apartments couldn’t check in till half 4. Had to pay a £200 deposit but wouldn’t accept cash only card. Checked out after completely gutting the room and took videos to show reception as we left. Went back 4 times during the day as he promised it was in our accounts and wasn’t. Was promised we would get the money back and yet still no payment. They use the deposit to make profit absolute scammers.

No air con no maid service no hair dryer very disappointed no maid service in 2 weeks stay Pepe and Kevin were very nice helped with anything we needed needs updating but over all ok pool great staff nice finding it hard to get deposit back of 200 euros not happy about that location great apartment basic was clean on arrival but that’s all very warm at night with no air con beds pillow were fine not much points to plug things in especially in kitchen and bedrooms etc would not stay here again due to lack of facilities etc but Pepe guy on reception was great so was kevin

Myself and my pal returned home last Saturday. We had been in the Don gregorio apartments for a week. I must admit we really had no issues with the apartments, cheap and cheerful was what we would have spoke about when talking to friends and future holiday makers. However this is the big issue, as like other holiday makers in the past, we gave 200 euros for a safety deposit which initially we were told we would get returned when checking out. I Myself approached the reception worker when returning our keys. I even got the employee to iicome up to our room to clarify all was well,which he agreed. Yet when we asked for the money return,he said it would be returned to my pals debit card the following day. This still hasn't happened, I have tried ringing the phone of the reception but number seems to be invalid. This is daylight robbery, and advise people to be careful going forward if staying here. I am returning to Benidorm in the near future so I will be making a visit to get this situation rectified or I will take this further. I am not to happy with love holidays help either, they have said they will look into it and we should have a decision in 28 days,not good enough. We are very angry with the situation and advise to stay away from both hotel and tour operator.
