给我们的房间配了一个户外大阳台，朋友的房间虽然没有阳台配了一个会客厅，比普通标间舒服很多，酒店前台很热心，帮我们预约了去国家公园的司机，去的时候通过邮件预约接机的服务也很好，早餐自助很丰盛，晚餐我点了烤猪排，相当美味，小费包含在餐费中。美中不足的是回程预约了酒店到机场的车后司机问我们要了60刀，而前台之前跟我们说只要35刀。
我在基加利塞雷纳酒店度过了一段非常愉快的时光。酒店的服务始终如一地好，特别要提一下客户服务部的Angel，她非常热心地提供了帮助。酒店全体员工都非常友好和专业。
早餐种类丰富，选择很多，是开启一天的美味方式。这家酒店性价比很高，地理位置也绝佳，无论是商务出差还是休闲旅行都非常合适。
尽管Maisha水疗中心有点差强人意，有待改进，但这并没有太大影响我的整体体验。
总而言之，对于任何来基加利的人来说，基加利塞雷纳酒店都是一个绝佳的选择。

我非常喜欢这家酒店！服务水平出乎意料地高，堪比土耳其最好的酒店。标准间相当宽敞，配备一张大床、两个床头柜和一张沙发床、一个大衣柜、一张长桌和几把椅子，以及一张带咖啡桌的扶手椅——家具齐全，舒适度极佳。浴室配有淋浴和浴缸；唯一缺少的是坐浴盆或手持花洒。此外，还有一个衣架。
房间非常干净整洁。服务也无可挑剔：晚上会有工作人员过来整理床铺，并在床边放上拖鞋和一条毛巾毯。
早餐在泳池边供应，可以选择在室外或室内用餐。自助餐除了常规菜肴外，还包括三种不同的沙拉、几种奶酪（包括卡门贝尔奶酪和洛克福奶酪）、4-5种鲜榨果汁（西瓜汁、菠萝汁、百香果汁等），以及两种百香果、西瓜、菠萝、橙子球、木瓜和番茄等水果。早餐真是太棒了！
房间很不错，清洁和服务都很周到。早餐也很好。奇怪的是，明明有咖啡机，却没有咖啡。酒店接送服务收费35美元。
这是我住过的最好的酒店。客户服务和设施都是一流的。
基加利一家经典的酒店。舒适且符合预期。
