Stayed in Minella Hotel with Glenwalk hill walking club for October bank holiday weekend. As a group of 50 people we received an exceptionally warm welcome. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. Great value for money

Attended a funeral lunch here in last week and sad as the occasion was, the meal was first class. Fish cooked to perfection which rarely happens in a large group setting. All piping hot and great portions. Had not been here before but its now on our dining radar

Another great stay, excellent room comfortable bed, fluffy towels and nice elemis products. Dinner was the most delicious chicken curry, prob the best one I've eaten anywhere in years

Just home from a wonderful weekend in Minella hotel. I had told reservations on booking that it was my sister’s birthday so on arrival complimentary coffee and cake with “Happy Birthday” were sent to our room. That evening we had a great meal in the bar and again we were served complimentary coffe and desert! The staff went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. Would highly recommend this hotel. It is a family run establishment but run in very professional way.

伊丽莎白毁了我们的婚礼……我最近参加了一场家庭婚礼，一切都很顺利，直到用餐环节。我丈夫坐在主桌，因为他的兄弟是新郎，而我被安排在离主桌比较近的一桌，带着我们的孩子（其中一个孩子有特殊需求）。我的宝宝在婴儿车里睡着了，我很高兴，因为他实在太累了。我和孩子们走到餐桌旁，却遇到了伊丽莎白，她态度恶劣。她用恶劣的语气让我挪动孩子，因为婴儿车挡路，她还要上热菜。我问她，跟孩子说话的时候，她难道没听过“请”这个字吗？为了不让家人失望，我们还是挪了。然后她说，要么这样，要么就“把婴儿车塞到角落里去，如果我坚持要用的话”。我解释说，宝宝睡着了，我丈夫坐在主桌，我们不想把整桌客人都挪到角落里。但她百般刁难，所以我还是同意了，因为那是我们家的婚礼。她试图让我的孩子们挤在椅子中间，还惹恼了我的特殊需要的儿子，所以我告诉她这太过分了，我们真的想离开。她毫无悔意地把桌子摆回了原来的位置。我丈夫在我离开时拦住了我，坚持让我回去。她把原本给我宝宝的座位挪走，换成婴儿车，解决了所有桌子的问题……虽然宝宝被吵醒了，很不舒服，我和丈夫也因为她而让其他孩子很不高兴，想离开，但我们为了家人还是留了下来。整个用餐过程中，这个令人作呕的女人都用极其恶劣的眼神盯着我和我的孩子们，以至于我的特殊需要的孩子都不愿意和她待在一起，最后连我妈妈都被叫来了。我们在接待处投诉了所有这些事情，但被告知不会有任何处理，因为伊丽莎白是老板。这样的酒店怎么能经营得这么糟糕？！我永远都会建议大家千万不要在这里举办婚礼！！！一句简单的道歉就能起到很大的作用，但我们连这都没得到。
这是一家优雅的酒店，拥有漂亮的客房，周围环绕着美妙的大自然，由于靠近河流，非常适合在酒店附近散步。晚餐和早餐的食物都很好。即使对于那些不耐受或过敏的人来说，早餐也有很多选择。
酒店和域名一起很大，而且位于水边。房间很宽敞但是很破旧。装修不会有坏处。如果您坐在右侧，您确实可以欣赏到花园的轻松景色。餐厅分布在 2 个区域。自助早餐有点笨拙。食物当然还不错，工作人员也很正确。然而，最让我烦恼的是到处都弥漫着霉味，而且一直困扰着你。翻新和充足的通风可以将其变成四星级酒店
