The room was very nice and I loved having beach access right there, with the chairs and service. The free breakfast spread and selection was incredible.

We did not get the rooms we booked and the room they put us in had three flights of steps and our mom has a walker, so difficult for her to navigate. Will not stay here again for that reason. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the food was great! I just felt staff were not helpful when checking in

Room was too noisy. Right on the road even though I had an ocean front view. and there is very little noise cancellation.
No 24 hours bell boy for luggage and help desk doesnt respond late hours. Not a 4 star stay IMHO

Beautiful grounds, Construction was annoying since it was happening in our pathway every day. Pools were great, staff was perfect. The bed left a lot to be desired. We were happy with our stay.

The rooms smelled - the shower leaked and they would not move our rooms due to smell like sewage. I have stayed before and been happy but I'm not going back again. I am truly disappointed this time
酒店确实有点旧，但保养得还不错，很干净，度假感非常足。尤其是位置非常好，出门就是小镇中心很热闹很好逛（旁边Pizaa店很好吃）。酒店面朝大海，几乎就是私家沙滩。沙滩品质非常好，水清沙幼，一直延伸到很远也不深，感觉虽然不如坎昆的海那么颜色漂亮，但反而更适合玩（尤其是冲浪）。虽然是公共沙滩，但酒店自己的草坪区很大，可以在酒店的长椅和椰子树下休息，下两步台阶就到沙滩，所以并不需要去沙滩上和大家抢位置。沙滩很干净，也很有人气，很多租冲浪板和教冲浪的课程，甚至还可以在沙滩上做按摩，很有趣。塔马林多是旅游热点，可以在当地找旅行社报很多短途Tour，我们报的一个晚上看海龟产*的3小时Tour（每年11-4月是海龟产*期），非常有趣。我们只住了一晚，其实多住一晚会更放松。总之值得推荐。
酒店位置优越，设施齐全，房间干净宽敞。员工服务周到，早餐也不错，不过最后一天我们想带个简单的三明治去8小时的车程，酒店却不允许，这有点令人失望。
酒店设施现代化，拥有宽敞的绿地、迷人的游泳池，以及绿树环绕的静谧氛围。所有设施都保持得干净整洁，状态良好。早餐品质上乘，员工热情友好，彬彬有礼。总而言之，这里是一个非常棒的地方，绝对值得再次光临。
