Staff was great. Checking in was super easy. Parking was easy. Clean room on arrival, but after night 1 and coming back to the hotel the room was not serviced. This went on all 4 days in was there. I really don’t care about the bed being made but fresh towels would have been nice.

Wish the rooms had a microwave and we booked 5 months ago and the pool was open but at check in it was closed

Scott who checked us in was SUCH a gem. Room was lovely, view was lovely. Really enjoyed walking around the back area in the evening and hearing/meeting all the frogs. My partner and I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose Caesars Southern Indiana again.

酒店泳池在翻修期间关闭了，但总的来说，这次住宿体验还是很棒的。

禁烟？
我们的住宿体验糟糕透了。我们预订了一间禁烟房，但房间里的烟味却非常难闻。大厅、大堂和房间里都弥漫着烟味。我们再也不会住这里了！
房间里的肥皂也不是新的，已经用过了。我们非常失望！
设施陈旧 - 淋浴只有冷水，无缘无故收取度假费，泳池关闭，WiFi 无法使用，工作人员粗鲁无礼，食物糟糕透顶
