This is an excellent venue except for the smoky air. While we had a king non-smoking room unfortunately air is circulating throughout the facility and the unpleasant cigarette smoke smell permeates all rooms. If that doesn’t bother you you’re going to enjoy your stay.

The room was very neglected. The missing little things like no tv remote upon arrival, literally one tissue left in the tissue box, and no cream or sugar for coffee the next morning. No luggage cart to use at check out time. Had to make 2 trips,
All for a whopping $328.00!!! For one night at Clint black concert.

Gordon Ramsey restaurant was the best part, very disappointed in the hot tub and pool not working. The beds were very hard could use new beds or pads on them.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet, but $20/night for a resort fee is ridiculous when the pool and spa were closed. The bathtub/shower was filthy. Requested the tub be cleaned and it was slightly better, but I was still able to rub a clean streak with my foot when I washed my feet with soap and then rubbed them on the tub bottom. Had to ask for towels 3 times.

The pool was closed after it was advertised on *******. The rooms were outdated. Alarms went off for unknown reasons at 1 am. Not happy.

Don’t wast your money!
Horrible, our room wasn’t cleaned and no towels switched out the three days we stayed. Same cigarette butt and mud in the stairwell. No microwave, nothing to watch on tv unless you wanted to pay. They did away with the affordable restaurants. The two was only open Friday Saturday. The other (that was way over priced) only open Wednesday Thursday Friday. Pool and hot tub closed since April ( we was there middle of October). We will never go back
