Our stay was great. We had our fur baby with us. It was a little sketchy in the hallway on the bottom floor but the room and front desk area was very nice. I loved that it has hard floors instead of carpet.

Would stay again
Hotel was clean, room was large(standard king) and offered a continental breakfast. The breakfast was minimal but got what we needed. Coffee, juices, waffles, yogurt, bread, bagels, rolls, and some odd egg offerings in the refrigerator which could be heated in microwave.

Great stop over
We needed a one night stay and this filled the bill. We did not take advantage of the Breakfast, so we can't say how that was. Everything was clean and the Beds were comfortable.

This hotel was adequate for our needs. Very average. Breakfast was average. There were premade omelettes that were wrapped in plastic wrap and were frozen. We had to microwave them to heat them up. The bathroom smelled strongly like urine, and the sink outside the bathroom drained VERY slowly, like several hours later. Thankfully, there was a sink in the bathroom also. There are probably other rooms that have no issues, but ours needed some attention. Overall condition of the hotel is old and outdated, but it did meet our needs. My husband is a pest control professional, and he found no sign of bed bugs in our room.

Used sheets with poop stains. No comp for the nasty room. Photos taken by the manager. She even said that was absolutely disgusting!

The “breakfast” was terrible. The milk was spoiled, there was no yogurt although it was listed as being available, they were out of raisins(the empty container was on the counter.). We asked for yogurt and raisins and were told they ran out. We showed the curdled milk in the coffee to the attendant but she did not get fresh milk nor did she take the spoiled milk out of the refrigerator. Very disappointing.

Bed Bugs
Hotel seemed alright, clean, average as can be in Grayling, MI. First morning woke
Up to a bed bug in my bed. They did let us change rooms, so accommodating for that. Next night, found a bed bug trap next to the corner of my bed with a dead bed bug in it. Brought it up the front desk, and they didn’t really say much when I showed them the picture. Just acted like it was normal. Overall, place seems clean until you actually start checking the room. Unusual sticky stains on the ground and bed bugs. At least in Room 109 and 212 can’t speak for the others.
