The young man (unfortunately I forgot his name) however he was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient and most of all this hotel and their staff are very pet-friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stopped in to break up a road trip. This property was easy to get to from the highway. It was quiet, and the room was exactly what we needed. The staff was kind. They were working inside the property, so one elevator was down. However, you could see the work that they were doing was going to improve the hotel for future guests.

Parking was easy. Our Internet didn’t work, breakfast choices could have included more food choices that were fibrous and non-processed, aside from oatmeal. The shower head, although likely expensive, sprayed in multiple directions. The bed was comfortable. Staff looked like they worked i hope the owners appreciates them,

When I like the most was the cleanliness, even though Shower had some mold in the grout. What I didn’t like was the mattress was like a crib mattress. I woke up with a stiff neck in the morning and the food at the breakfast bar as far as the bagels went was stale, The pancakes were awful even though the machine they were made in was interesting.

We have started here 3 times now. We are pleased everytime. I love the squeeze bodywash and shampoo/conditioner bottles in the showers instead of travel size bottles. The scents are refreshing and light.

Breakfast is always good too. You have many choices. Bagels, cereal, pancakes, fruit or the newest addition, a yogurt machine with toppings!

I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay, primarily due to the behavior of the front desk staff during the afternoon shift. After checking in, I noticed repeated instances where I was overlooked despite clearly waiting in line, while others were assisted ahead of me. As someone born and raised in the U.S. with a Hispanic last name, it was disheartening to feel singled out in this way.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable and deeply concerning in 2025. I believe the staff member’s name was Ashley. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not return to this property. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the importance of respectful and equitable treatment for all guests.
