Air conditioning smelled like an old sour washcloth, but we didn’t know until we were showered and ready for bed.
Shower had orange mildew/mold all around the. Bottom and on the small shelf.
We felt safe and the beds felt clean. Not sure if I would return for a future visit.
Breakfast wasn’t as fabulous as advertised. It was average at best.

Front desk staff is always so nice and helpful!! This Tru location is consistently good and our absolute go to. Have stayed many times as our child attends Clemson Univ. Can count on it being clean and have everything we need. Great location, near great shopping. Love staying here!

What I liked was the customer service Alexa gave me. Had me sign up for Hilton Rewards program too since she mentioned it. No extra blankets in the room. The stay was excellent. Definitely recommend if in the Clemson area.

Had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. Very clean and staff top notch. Was in the area for my niece graduation from Clemson university. literally 8 minute drive to campus. Everything was great

Located in a good location. The unit was quiet and safe, with easy parking. The mattress was good and the sheets were amazing. I haven't traveled much lately, but I was used to having a coffee pot in the room and a chest of drawers or something similar to place private clothing such as underwear in. They did have coffee in the lobby. I would rent there again.

Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful.
The rooms are just too small and tight even for 2 people.
Aside from that the room was clean and front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating.
