Guest room cleanliness and noise were real problems. I felt like I was staying in a poorer apartment complex, not a hotel.

Pounding on the door early in the morning, wanting the towels out of the room because somebody had stole towels there before I didn’t have any towel to take my shower. I had to go to the desk to get a towel and there was no washcloth in the room.

Was very run down, needs sprucing up, the room was ok but needs a new coat of paint.seems like owners are just doing the bare minimum...

The front desk clerk Cheri was very helpful and answered every question that I had. The rooms are very clean, this was the hotel that my fiance and I got engaged at.
